Brickworks Brewing will take you on a sensory adventure, exploring what beer can be.

12 taps, with a selection that changes frequently. Our craft beer is all made on site.

For those wanting to bring friends who don't like beer, we also have cider, as well as house red and white wine.

Currently in rotation on our taps are:

	Red Brick Amber Ale 5.4% ABV An American-style Amber Ale, displaying malty caramel balanced with citrusy new world hops. Available: on-tap, and in 375ml cans
	Foundation Pale Ale 5% ABV A slightly hazy Australian style Pale Ale, with fruity esters showcasing Australian hops. Available: on-tap, and in 375ml cans.
	West Coast IPA 6.1% ABV An Inner West American-style IPA. Flavoursome and aromatic hops give floral, citrusy grapefruit and tropical notes. Available: on-tap only.
	Old Bedford Golden Ale 4.5% ABV Our easy-drinking, light-bodied pale bitter, with floral notes from British hops. Available: on-tap, and in 375ml cans.
	3 Chimneys Stout 5% ABV A sweet milk stout. Dark and full-bodied with rich roasted coffee notes. Available: on-tap, and in 330ml bottles.
	Blueberry Mango Sour 4% ABV Laced with blueberries and mango. A crisp, tart Santa Catarina style sour beer. Not currently available
	Mango Gose 4.5% ABV Refreshing sour ale, with mango addition to make our gose taste like pure summer. Available: on-tap and 375ml cans.
	Grisette 5.2% ABV Originating in the French-Belgian mining areas, this farmhouse style ale is light and refreshing, with saison-like yeast notes. Available: on-tap and in 375ml cans.
	English Mild Ale 3.4% ABV A traditional English style ale. Strong on malt, low on bitterness, a lower alcohol content ale. Available: on-tap only.
	Crisp Apple Cider 5.2% ABV Our cider is medium-dry, with fresh fragrant green apple flavours. Available: on-tap, and in growlers.
	Double English IPA 8.4% ABV Our UK-Style Double IPA is stronger on the Malt and bitterness, and lighter on the hop aroma. Full bodied and dangerously, doesn't taste like 8.4% Available: on-tap, and 375ml cans.
	Citra Amarillo NEIPA 7.2% ABV Our slightly hazy New England IPA. A very tasty hop forward beer with low bitterness. The Citra and Amarillo hops combine beautifully in this 7.2% beer. Available: on-tap.
	Blueberry Sour 4% ABV a Santa Catarina style crisp, sour beer, heavily drenched with blueberries. Available: on-tap, and 375ml cans.
	Brickmaker's Pilsner 5.2% ABV Our German style Pilsner. a refreshing, easy drinking 5.2% beer Available: on-tap, and 330ml bottles.
